Regulate and Rewire

A Nervous System Reset Program

Feeling burnt out, wired, anxious — or like your nervous system is always "on"?

Or maybe the opposite. Flat, shut down, going through the motions.

You rest — but still feel wired. You try all the right things — but symptoms keep returning.

Pain that won't resolve. Gut issues that flare and settle and flare again. Poor sleep. Anxiety that has no obvious cause. A body that feels like it's permanently braced.

You may be stuck in fight or flight, shutdown, or survival mode — and your body doesn't know how to find its way back.

There's a missing layer that most approaches don't address. And there's now a place to go and explore it.

A full day retreat on the Sunshine Coast — plus eight weeks of support so it actually sticks.

Saturday 23 August (and weekly online) · Kawana Island Meeting Place. $1147 early bird.

The retreat day — Saturday 23 August

You asked for this. An in-person day. A beautiful space. Time to actually stop, be held, and feel what it's like when your nervous system settles.

We're spending the full day together at the Kawana Island Meeting Place — a stunning venue on the Sunshine Coast, overlooking the water. It's the kind of space that does some of the work just by being in it.

This isn't a lecture day. It's an experience. You'll move through nervous system tools in your own body, understand what's been happening and why, and be held in a warm, safe space alongside others who've been where you are.

You'll sit down to a beautiful 2-course lunch overlooking the water — because slowing down, nourishing yourself, and just being is part of the work too.

You'll leave with things you can use straight away, and a felt sense of what regulation actually feels like — not just the theory of it.

Then the real rewiring begins

The retreat day is your foundation. What comes after is where lasting change happens.

8 weekly online group calls

We continue together each week after the retreat. These calls are a space to practise, share what's coming up, ask questions, and be held by the group.

One of the most powerful things that happens here is simply being witnessed. Hearing someone describe exactly what you've been feeling and realising — oh, it's not just me. The gut issues, the anxiety, the not being able to explain why your body won't cooperate. Being with people who truly understand — without having to justify it — is itself a regulating experience.

Jacqui is in every call, guiding the work and supporting what's coming up for you.

Includes one private 1-hour session with Jacqui

Space dedicated entirely to you. To go deeper into what's specifically showing up, work through any blocks, and get personalised guidance on your next steps.

Jacqui in your corner the whole way

Via a dedicated chat, Jacqui is available throughout the entire program. Not just in sessions. When something comes up mid-week — a flare, a hard day, a question, a win — you can reach out. You're not waiting until next week.

This consistent, close support is what creates the conditions for neuroplasticity. Your nervous system learns through repeated safe experiences. Knowing you're not alone between sessions is one of them.

This program is for you if:

    • You feel anxious, on edge, or like your body is always bracing for something

    • You're wired and tired — exhausted but unable to truly rest

    • You feel shut down, flat, or disconnected from yourself

    • You've been living with chronic symptoms — gut issues, chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, mold illness — that haven't fully responded to other approaches

    • You've tried nervous system work before and it hasn't stuck

    • You want to experience what regulation feels like — in your body, not just your head

    • You want to be part of a warm, supported group of people who genuinely understand

What’s included:

✓ Full-day in-person retreat at Kawana Island Meeting Place, 23 August — including a beautiful 2-course lunch overlooking the water

✓ 8 weekly online group calls

✓ 1 private session with Jacqui, in person in Yandina or online

✓ Access to Jacqui's online program Regulate Your Nervous System (valued at $397)

✓ Ongoing chat access to Jacqui throughout the entire program

✓ Small group environment for genuinely hands-on learning

✓ Printed workbook to help bring everything together

What you will learn:

This isn't a course of sitting and listening. You'll be moving through the work in your own body — understanding what's been happening, and actually feeling something shift.

Throughout the day you'll explore:

Why your nervous system is doing what it's doing — the science behind fight, flight, shutdown and why your body gets stuck there, explained in a way that finally makes sense of your experience

Your vagus nerve — what it is, why it matters for everything from gut function to sleep to anxiety, and how to work with it

The limbic system and amygdala — how your brain's alarm system gets stuck on, why it keeps firing even when you're safe, and how to begin to calm it

Interoception — your body's ability to sense itself from the inside. Most people in chronic stress or shutdown have lost touch with this. You'll start to reconnect with it.

Co-regulation — why healing happens in relationship, and how being in a safe space with others is itself one of the most powerful tools available to your nervous system

Regulation tools in your own body — you'll experience each one first-hand, so you leave knowing what actually works for you, not just what works in theory

You'll leave with a felt sense of what regulation feels like — and a toolkit that's already been tested in your own nervous system.
