Before I ever started teaching nervous system regulation, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to be unwell and stuck.
I went to a retreat — something completely outside my comfort zone — and honestly thought it might be a bit “woo woo.” But what I experienced there changed everything.
It opened my eyes to how much the nervous system shapes our health. And when I started digging into the science — the brain-body connection, the stress response, and how regulation impacts healing — it all made perfect sense.
Once I understood the neuroscience behind it all, I couldn’t unsee it.
I began recognising the same patterns in my clients — people stuck in symptom loops and unable to heal, or feeling anxiety on a day to day basis and not knowing what to try next.
That realisation changed everything about how I work. When I started integrating nervous system regulation into my own life and my practice, I saw profound shifts — more energy, less pain, deeper calm.
That’s what led me to create this program: to share the tools, science, and understanding that helped me and so many others finally move toward healing.

Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes chronic, it can significantly affect our well-being and susceptibility to chronic conditions. Living in survival mode is not fun and this program is going to give you the tools to move out of it.
A regulated nervous system really can make the difference between just getting through the day and really enjoying it. If you are living with a chronic condition you may have sort other treatment without getting full resolution of your symptoms.
Nervous system regulation is often the missing piece to this. It can be overlooked when it comes to reducing stress and healing from chronic illness. You might have been suffering from stress or anxiety for a long period of time. It might be gut issues like IBS, constipation, leaky gut. Maybe it is high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, mould illness and many more. When we can shift out of survival mode and into a state of regulation, our bodies are given the chance to heal.
Our bodies have an innate healing capacity when we shift into regulation and give it the right tools to thrive.

The program is delivered through a combination of video lessons, guided practices, and a printed workbook. Each module includes educational content, practical exercises, and reflection tools to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life. You can access everything through a private learning portal at your own pace.

You’ll have ongoing access to all course materials, so you can revisit the lessons and practices whenever you need. Nervous system work is an ongoing process, and many people find it helpful to come back to certain practices over time as they continue to heal and grow.

Most participants spend around 45 minutes per week moving through the lessons. Jacqui recommends 20-30 minutes per day for practising the exercises. That said, everyone’s journey is different — some people like to take their time and move gently through each module, while others prefer to dive in more quickly. There’s no right or wrong pace.
