Fight, Flight, Freeze — and the One Nobody Talks About
Free Masterclass | Tuesday 23 June | 7pm AEST
Can't slow down, can't relax. Anxious, reactive, jumping at shadows. Or can't feel anything at all. There's a reason for that.
Join this free one-hour masterclass to finally understand what's happening in your body — and how to change it.
The Why
Do you snap at people and immediately wonder why did I just do that?
Or maybe you can't slow down — always busy, always doing, but never quite able to just be?
Perhaps your heart races over nothing. You lie awake replaying conversations. You feel wound up even when life is fine.
You have gut symptoms, chronic pain, or other symptoms that keep going.
That's not you being too much, too sensitive, or too anxious.
That's your nervous system in survival mode — and it's been trying to protect you.
Fight and flight responses are meant to switch on in danger and switch off again. But for so many of us, they never fully switch off. And living there is exhausting.
In this free webinar you will learn:
Why your body reacts before your brain even registers what's happening
What keeps your nervous system stuck in survival mode
How to recognise your own pattern — and what it's really trying to tell you
The first steps to actually feeling calm, not just thinking calm
Plus — we'll cover all four stress responses, including the one most people have never heard of.
