The Nervous System Intensive
Nervous system regulation is such a powerful tool to add to your clinical toolkit.
This day will show you how to integrate it into your practice — and give your own nervous system a genuine reset in the process.

You became a practitioner to help people heal.
Many of the most complex presentations in clinical practice share a common thread: symptoms that don't respond to standard treatment. Fatigue that doesn't lift. Pain that keeps returning. Gut issues, hormonal disruption, anxiety, sleep dysfunction with no clear cause.
In many cases, the nervous system is the piece that is missing.
The Why
Chronic nervous system dysregulation affects healing, gut function, sleep, hormones, detoxification, immune responses, pain processing, brain function and emotional regulation. It can drive the symptoms your clients keep coming back with.
But how to recognise it, assess it, and address it clinically is rarely taught. That's what this day is.
Most CPD days send you home with more information and the same nervous system you arrived with. This one is different. You'll leave having experienced genuine regulation in your own body.
A full day immersive — for practitioners who want to go deeper.
The Nervous System Intensive is a small-group, hands-on training day for health practitioners and coaches who want to understand the nervous system at a clinical level — and experience powerful regulation tools in their own body before teaching them to clients.
You'll leave with a clinical toolkit, a new lens for your practice, and a nervous system that has actually experienced the work.
This is not just a lecture day. You'll experience every tool in your own body first, then learn how to apply it clinically.
— How to recognise nervous system dysregulation in your clients and yourself.
— The neuroscience behind it all The ANS, HPA axis, limbic system — in plain language, with clinical relevance throughout.
— Vagus nerve anatomy, function + vagus nerve electrical stimulation How it works, why it matters, and hands-on experience with stimulation techniques.
— How to raise this topic with your clients - framing for different clinical contexts — without overstepping your scope.
— State-specific regulation tools — in your own body first
— Interoception and co-regulation — the piece that is often missing in clinical practice. What it is, why it's reduced in most dysregulated clients, and how to train it.
— A full breathwork journey to close
You'll leave feeling the work — not just knowing it.
