I'm in!

Do you feel like you are in a constant state of fight or flight?

Have you been managing chronic symptoms like anxiety, gut issues, headaches, mould illness or chronic fatigue that won’t shift?

This session is for you.

The nervous system plays a huge role in how our body functions and heals — yet it’s often overlooked. When we spend too much time in fight or flight or shut down, the body’s priorities shift towards survival.

Digestion slows, inflammation rises, hormones become imbalanced, and our ability to rest, repair, and heal decreases. Over time, this can show up as ongoing symptoms like gut issues, fatigue, pain, anxiety, or poor sleep — even when we’re doing all the right things for our health.

Your nervous system plays a powerful role in healing. In this educational and practical event, you’ll learn how regulating your nervous system can support your body’s ability to repair and restore balance.

As your nervous system becomes more regulated, your body shifts out of survival mode.

You start to feel calmer, stress hormones settle, digestion and immune function restore, and your brain begins to interpret the world as safe again.

This is where healing happens — when your body is no longer stuck in fight, flight, or shutdown, and can return to balance.

What you will learn:

  • How to recognise a dysregulated nervous system and what this means for your health

  • The science behind the vagus nerve and why it’s so important for recovery and resilience

  • How the limbic system can keep you stuck in fight-or-flight (and how to shift out of it)

  • When and how to use brain retraining to rewire stress patterns

  • Practical exercises to calm your mind and support regulation

  • How to start working with your nervous system to support healing

Meet Jacqui -

Neuro-rehab physiotherapist, speaker and nervous system educator

Nature lover, wholefoods enthusiast and mum of 2

I use my 18 years of experience in health to help clients experiencing stress, or chronic conditions regulate their nervous system so they can find calm and heal.

After experiencing nervous system dysregulation and chronic health challenges myself—and seeing it in my clients—I realised the nervous system is often the missing piece. I create a space where you are truly seen, heard, and supported on your journey.
