“The Vagus Nerve:
What It Is, Why It Matters, and How to Actually Use It”
You've heard the vagus nerve is linked to stress, anxiety, gut health and inflammation.
Everyone's trying the hacks: humming, cold water, gargling, ear massage.
How much of that is backed by evidence, and how much is trend?
The Why
Vagus nerve hacks are everywhere. So what actually works?
You've probably tried at least one hack because someone online said it would calm your nervous system.
Some are backed by good science.
Some have been exaggerated.
Some are partly right, just missing important context.
The vagus nerve works as a two-way communication highway between your brain and body, shaping digestion, heart rate, immune function, and how your nervous system reads safety and threat.
Once you know what it actually does, the hacks make sense, and you can tell which ones are worth your time instead of just following whatever's going viral.
This session is for you if:
You feel stuck in fight or flight, or shutdown, and want to know how the vagus nerve may help
You would like to learn ways to improve your vagus nerve
You experience symptoms that keep persisting: pain, gut issues, anxiety, fatigue
You want the science behind the trend, explained simply
By the end of this masterclass you will:
Feel more confident navigating the overwhelming amount of vagus nerve advice online.
Know which popular vagus nerve techniques are supported by science and which are not
See how the vagus nerve can help your body heal and feel like yourself again
Leave with practical, evidence-based knowledge you can apply with greater confidence.
Have the opportunity to ask your own questions during a live Q&A.
