My Philosophy

The transformational power of nervous system regulation in combination with good nutrition, movement and other lifestyle changes are indisputable - I’ve seen it in myself, I’ve seen it in patients, coaching clients, friends and family. We each have the power to accept where we are at and also to make the changes we need to make to feel our best. I also acknowledge that change feels hard for people and implementation often doesn’t stick - do you always religiously do your physio exercises after a visit, for example? I’ll just leave that there for you to ponder. So, my philosophy is also that we can’t just ‘know’ what we need to do, we need to, in essence, transform - we need to feel the desire to change and find joy in those changes for them to stick.

  • Personalised

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current health and creating a personalised plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify limiting factors and beliefs and overcome your triggers.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices where needed such as mindfulness training, mindset work, and helping you find any other practitioners you need, and more.

What is a nutrition and health coach?

A nutrition and health coach uses effective and motivating questioning techniques to facilitate the achievement of a client’s health related goals.

What is a neuro-rehab physio?

A physio who specialised in rehab of someone with a neurological condition. Rehab physio is based around working towards a client’s functional goals. This may be anything from getting back to gardening, improving walking distance or speed, improving standing endurance to be able to cook a meal or anything in-between.

Do you travel to my area?

I generally travel from Peregian Beach, down to Caloundra and as far west as Yandina. Get in touch with me if you are outside this area.
